Craig has helped people in the health and fitness industry for over a decade.  He believes that fitness has a direct and dramatic effect on your quality of  life.  He has great success working with individuals wanting to increase their confidence, lose body fat, and tone their body.  He also works with those needing to remove the painful side effects of an ever increasing sedentary lifestyle. Clients include people from all walks of life, from accountants to professional athletes.

Craig has worked and studied extensively to establish his current reputation.  He has a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Sciences; is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and also completed his Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports Injury Rehabilitation in 2007 in London, England.  Most recently, Craig has taken on his latest qualification; which happens to be the industry’s best fat loss system, and became a Certified Turbulence Trainer (CTT).
