Beginner Workouts for Fat Loss

We at know how hard it can be to get into the swing of regular exercise; but we prefer you see this as pastures new and an opportunity to make a fresh start.

Too many people give up before giving a fitness programme a real chance to work; so we thought we would design an effective total-body, bodyweight exercise routine that doesn’t take a lot of skill, equipment or time to complete.

Of course you can do harder workouts.  But if you are a beginner, or don’t feel confident when you’re exercising or in the gym, then this might get you on track to achieving your fitness goals.

There is nothing worse than the feeling of being cheated, or not getting what you wanted.

It doesn’t have to be that way in the gym.  Even the most simplistic of routines, combined with effective nutrition and consistency, can be incredibly effective.
