One of the things that gets on my nerves, is when my clients complain about not losing any weight.  Let me explain; when someone is: getting stronger getting leaner increasing muscle density losing fat decreasing pain getting happier receiving more compliments from friends, family and colleagues So what’s the problem right? The bloody scale.  That’s the problem.  That stupid number on the scale isn’t doing what they want so they focus on that to the point that it could: revert their happiness back to fear, self loathing and unhappiness revert back to old eating habits reve...

A lot of people think the definition of success comes by hard work – and they wouldn’t be wrong.  Some think it takes a lot of money or luck to become successful, and they aren’t necessarily wrong either.  It doesn’t matter if you’re talking about business, or perhaps a body transformation, your road to success will be turbulent in every way.  It will be difficult at times, and just when you think you’re making some headway, you’ll find yourself back down at the bottom of the mountain, looking up at an endless journey. It’s getting to that time again, when huge amounts of people leave the shores of Doha; some of them run away, ecstatic at the thoughts of going somewhere else for a while.  Others are just happy to go home and see familiar faces in cooler climates. Cardio doesn’t need to be a waste of time when it comes to increased fitness levels and an improved body.  It gets a pretty bad rap amongst a fairly large percentage of gym goers.  Many find it boring, but feel it’s the only thing they can do with any sort of confidence, as the rest of the gym environment is foreign and intimidating.  This poses a MAJOR problem for all gyms and all people who use gyms in the world today. I recently was on the received a message from an old friend and colleague because of a comment I made on our Facebook page.  Basically, I made a statement how ...

I was really impressed with this list of 67 Science Backed Ways to Lose Weight.  Sure some of them won’t work for you, or apply to your lifestyle – but a lot of them should. If you can’t implement a good few from that list, you’re simply not trying hard enough.  Importantly, it doesn’t necessarily mean you have to lose weight, but body fat.  If you want to tone-up, or start to look better in your clothes, fat loss is really what you’re looking for.  Muscle weighs more than fat and can help you with your daily activities, your workouts and help keep pain ...
