I was really impressed with this list of 67 Science Backed Ways to Lose Weight.  Sure some of them won’t work for you, or apply to your lifestyle – but a lot of them should.

If you can’t implement a good few from that list, you’re simply not trying hard enough.  Importantly, it doesn’t necessarily mean you have to lose weight, but body fat.  If you want to tone-up, or start to look better in your clothes, fat loss is really what you’re looking for.  Muscle weighs more than fat and can help you with your daily activities, your workouts and help keep pain and injury away.
